Real Property

A gift of real property can greatly reduce your taxes while meeting your charitable goals. Gifts of property can be used directly by Alliance for Youth or sold for cash value to expand and sustain the services we provide. Gifts of real property must be considered in advance by Alliance for Youth staff. Please contact our Development Director, Thomas Risberg, 406-590-7114, trisberg@allianceforyouth.org, if you are considering this type of gift, either now or in your will.

Designate Alliance for Youth the Beneficiary of a Specific Investment Account or Bank Account

Designating Alliance for Youth as a beneficiary of an investment account or bank account allows the funds to transfer directly upon your death, bypassing the lengthy, costly, and public probate process. Designating Alliance for Youth as a beneficiary of an account also provides tax benefits, such as reducing your taxable estate, while allowing you to maintain full control of your assets during your lifetime.
